SAN FRANCISCO COURTHOUSE ELOPEMENT

Amy & Chase pulled off the ultimate wedding surprise when they announced to their guests that their engagement dinner was actually their rehearsal dinner and that they would be eloping at the San Francisco City Hall the following Monday. Their evening started at Eight Tables in San Francisco’s Chinatown – an upscale Chinese restaurant with incredible presentation and service. The private room Amy & Chase reserved for their “engagement party” was stunning: a modern spin on Chinese interiors. It was the perfect setting for an intimate dinner amongst their closest friends and family.

Day 2 of Amy & Chase’s weekend-long celebration was elopement day. San Francisco City Hall is legendary, known for its beautiful historic interiors. It’s been a dream of ours to photograph here and it did not disappoint. Amy & Chase had a brief wedding ceremony at the top of the grand staircase and then we took some time wandering the halls of this historic building, taking photos along the way. This part of the celebration was spent with just family by their sides and it made for an incredibly intimate experience in a beautiful location.
