Parson’s Gardens Winter Elopement

Parson’s Gardens is the most adorable, quaint little park on Queen Anne in Seattle. It’s near one of the most popular landmarks for tourists, Kerry Park (one of the best Seattle views)! It hosts a small number of weddings per year and is the perfect spot for an elopement. This area in Seattle boasts some of the more adorable neighborhoods in the area. A beautiful view of the water, historic homes and the street lamps straight out of the 20s.

Madeleine and Ali planned a low-key wedding with their closest friends and family in November. November is one of my favorite months for weddings in Seattle – super underrated but well-worth the wait! They shared some vows, popped some champagne and we walked through the streets taking portraits along the way. The fall colors were perfection and were the perfect backdrop for Madeleine + Ali.

If you’re looking for a space for your elopement – don’t overlook your local parks systems! Most parks can be rented out in one way or another to privatize the space for a few hours.

This elopement was shot on digital, 35mm film and 120mm film.
