Anacortes Garden Wedding on Film
After documenting Ali & Jonny’s engagement session, I knew their wedding was going to be so much fun. These two have an energy that is unmatched. They are so comfortable, full of energy and just genuinely excited to be with one another. It’s a joy to photograph. Ali’s mom was actually a teacher at my elementary school and Ali and I were in the same first grade class. I have the fondest memories of going to her house to play after school. Even though we lost touch over the years – it was completely unsurprising to me that Ali had fostered such an environment of love and friendship around her. Her and Jonny were surrounded by the kindest, most welcoming friends and family.
It’s so rewarding to work with couples who inherently trust what we are going to make for them. It gives us the confidence to make work that we’re excited about, knowing that our couples have the same confidence is us as creatives.
